Tevana Shipping Information

Our Shopping Cart does not automatically estimate shipping costs. We strive to be fair and not overcharge on shipping.

Most orders will fit into the USPS flat rate box, however, if the order is very small (under 1 lb.) you can let us know, and we will charge actual shipping cost plus a $2 handling fee.

Shipping costs will be calculated using USPS and/or flat rate priority boxes with delivery confirmation and insurance.

Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns.

Wholesale Pricing

For Wholesale pricing, please email a copy of your Resale Permit. A wholesale price list will be sent along with facial protocols.

Email a list of products you would like to order and we will send an invoice total.

Shipping costs will be calculated using USPS -- flat rate priority boxes are used when applicable, with delivery confirmation and insurance.

$500 minimum for all wholesale order and a deposit of half the order cost is required.

Any damaged or missing item must be reported within 3 days of receiving the order.
