Balance Toner
Combination, oily and Acne skin types
Many people hope to overcome combination, oily or acne skin using strong alcohol based astringents. Unfortunately, using these type of products not only dry, but also damage the skin tissues. Inevitably, the skin makes up for the loss of oil by producing even more oil, creating a vicious circle.
Balance toner is made with pure witch hazel and calming healing essential oils. Witch Hazel is an excellent natural astringent, which reduces inflammation, sanitizing the skin and at the same time helps with hydration of the skin and stabilizes the barrier function of the skin.
It furthermore calms irritated skin and reduces trans-dermal water loss while reducing skin redness. In clinical testing, witch hazel proved to have a significant anti-inflammatory effect and also helped reduce erythema induced by sunburn; it also demonstrated a protective effect on the skin while at the same time having good anti-oxidant properties to fight aging free radicals.
After cleansing, apply to cotton pad, sweep up the face and neck avoiding eye area. Apply 1 pump of balance serum or facial oil (1 drop mixed with vital mist) to face and neck avoiding nose area and apply eye serum to eye area.
